Sometimes a small business doesn't always need a marketing consultant in a full capacity but would really like to just ask them a few questions or get a bit of advice. It may be that you are developing a plan or program and want to just ask some questions along the way, rather than pay for a full consultancy program.

This is a convenient, easy way to spend a limited amount of money that allows you to:

• Do some preliminary investigations into a marketing opportunity,
• Ask about a specific problem that needs a marketing answer or

What's involved?

An Advisor Hotline session is conducted over the phone at a time mutually agreed between the client and the consultant. Sometimes it is helpful if the client provides some of their marketing material or product for the consultant to look at before offering any advice, to ensure our picture of your situation is as complete as possible.

To get the most out of the service, if you have some material like program details, a flier, a product or website that you would like reviewed, then the information or product should be sent to the consultant beforehand. Wherever possible, it would help also if the questions can be communicated prior to the meeting. While this is ideal, we can still work around it regardless.

Payment and Bookings

An Advisor Hotline session needs to be booked online here.

This is a pre-paid service available in one hour time blocks normally between 8am-8pm, Monday - Friday. We recommend that you avoid sessions longer than 1-2 hours, as it is hard for both parties to concentrate fully beyond this without a break. Out of hours calls will be accepted only on prior special arrangement.

Payment is arranged prior to the consultation either through payment online or a money order.
